Dr. LUCIUS “Luke” LAMPTON, M. D., FAAFP CHAIRMAN MISSISSIPPI STATE BOARD OF HEALTH
Lucius Lampton, M.D., FAAFP was born in Jackson, Mississippi and received his MD from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 1993. With many honors to his name Dr. Lampton serves as the Chairman of the Mississippi State Board of Health, as well as Medical Director for several facilities including Beacham Memorial.
In addition to his many duties Dr. Lampton continues to teach Medical Students as a Clinical Instructor and Professor of Medicine in Family Medicine. Dr. Lampton is licensed to practice in Mississippi and Louisiana. Dr. Lampton is an active member as well as the Medical Director of the Beacham Memorial Physician Staff.
David Smith, MD, FAAFP was born in Summit, Mississippi and received his MD in 1994 at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine in Family Medicine, Dr. Smith is an active member of the Beacham Memorial Physician Staff.
Victor Anazia, DO graduated from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine Des Moines IA in 1993 specializing in Internal Medicine. Having completed his residency at St Francis Central Hospital Allopathic – Internal Residency in Pittsburgh PA, Dr. Anazia relocated to Mississippi and received his Mississippi License in 1996. Dr. Anazia is an active member of the Beacham Memorial Physician Staff.
Harry Hunt, MD graduated from University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson in 1994. Dr. Hunt specialized in Family Medicine and was licensed in Mississippi in 1998 after having post graduate medical training in UAMS Medical Center in Arkansas (Family Medicine) and University of South Alabama Hospitals in Alabama (General Surgery). Dr. Hunt is an active member of the Beacham Memorial Physician Staff.
David Snow, M.D., graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 1977. His post graduate work was completed at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and he was licensed in the state of Mississippi in 1998. Dr. Snow specializes in Family Medicine and is an active member of the Beacham Memorial Physician Staff and serves as Chief of Staff.
Alva Dillon, Jr., M.D., was born in Magnolia, Mississippi and received his medical education from State University of NY at Buffalo School of Medicine, NY in 1974, completing an Internship with Letterman Army Medical Center Internal Medicine, CA in 1975. After his internship Dr. Dillon completed his residency at Temple University Hospital in Internal Medicine in 1979. Post graduate included a fellowship at the University Graduate Hospital with a specialty in Gastroenterology in 1981. Licensed to practice in 1976 in the State of Mississippi, Dr. Dillon is an active member of the Beacham Memorial Physician Staff.
